Genesis and evolution of historical reality category in Ignacio Ellacuría

Abstract

The main objective of this work is to present a evolutionary proposal of Ignacio Ellacuría's thought from a strictly metaphysical perspective. For this, the exhibition will be held in three fundamental moments: youth (1951-1962), approach to Zubirian philosophy and maturity project (1962-1974) and historical reality as a moment of maturity (1975-1989). In each of them a discussion is held around the fundamental problems that mark the development of Ellacuría's complex thought, in order to arrive at his proposal of the civilizational change that marked the reflections of the last years of his life and understand, of fraud, how his thinking has a novel and current character in our national and planetary conjuncture.
