Abstract
This article presents the design of an inventory and billing system for the peasant shop belonging to the Cooperative Association of Agricultural Production and Women’s Services of San Antonio del Monte (ACOPASMUSAN). The main turn of the peasant shop is the purchase and sale of products so the optimization of resources, inventory control and billing are aspects that will define the success or failure of the organization, As a way to solve the previous problem, the case study was used in order to discover and understand the factors surrounding the analyzed unit and to develop a feasible design that would allow to reduce the time in internal processes involving the invoicing and inventory control. The result allowed the creation of a database through the use of MySQL which served as a tool for the development of the logical structure of the system and Microsoft Access for the development of the graphical interface to facilitate the management of transactions and inventories.
