Abstract
According to ISO 26000, there is a series of compliance criteria that can serve as a guide for any company that wishes to apply sustainable marketing in its business strategy. This essay addresses, from a reflective perspective, some of the most outstanding actions for compliance with each of the criteria, evidencing the need for the implementation of responsible marketing as a strategy that guarantees sustainability.
