Abstract
The purpose of the research presented in this article was determined from the operation of a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) strategy in an oil palm processing company located in the municipality of Jalapa, Tabasco. The study, of a qualitative nature, took up the experience of a group of small producers, in addition to the same company that included them as part of its processes, to learn about this case of strategic CSR management and about the Socially Responsible Company Distinction (ESR). As a result, it was determined that the inclusion of small producers in Mexico is influential and this has contributed to companies taking more seriously the efforts of CSR and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) to generate a greater positive impact.
