Abstract
The study of the problem of organizational performance, without a doubt, must be taken very seriously, given the important direct impact that this generates in the productivity of companies. That is why it is necessary to know first-hand how the development of personal awareness, social awareness, personal behavior and social behavior competencies, used to analyze and evaluate the employee performance, are perceived in the reality of the work environment. It is a reality that permeates the job atmosphere of those who are already part of the organization, but which will also impact, in one way or another, the new workers who will enter the professional life at some point in the future.
