Abstract
As a response to Manuel Romero's essay, Franz Hinkelammert reaffirms his critics against Nietzsche. This author would provide, effectively, instruments to fundament the Nazi ideology. In the other hand, Nietzsche's thought demands to eradicate feelings as mercy, but Nietzsche was swept for his own conceptions. However, Nietzsche's failure is fertile, because it points to the path that should not be taken in order to overcome the modernity crisis.
