Ignorance, submission, capitalism to the wild and perversion in the birth and follow-up of the neoliberal reform in health

Abstract

The following work starts analyzing the reform of the health system in El Salvador, in order to understand how mercantilismleads to commit clear aberrations in the health system. However, this problem is not reduced to a certain administration in the government: it is originated to the rise of Neo Liberalism worldwide. Due to this, health turns into a mere merchandise.
