The new social movements and the women's movement in El Salvador

Abstract

In this essay there is an important contribution to the studies on the so-called ‘New Social Movements’, from the scope of the women’s movement in El Salvador. The author makes a systematic study on the history of such movement and gives a critical analysis about it.
