Automation system to monitor the execution of projects by the Silencio Foundation

Abstract

Fundación Silencio is a non-profit organization dedicated to social welfare for vulnerable sectors in El Salvador. This institution faced various challenges in project management and administrative coordination. To address these issues, an integrated solution was proposed to automate processes, centralize information, and facilitate project progress visualization. Web applications have become an essential tool for efficient management of institutional operations. Therefore, the foundation facilitated the development of an online platform through a web application. The implementation focused on the identified problems, specifically addressing requests made during planning meetings, and opted to use current technologies such as React for the frontend, Spring Boot for the backend development, and MySQL for the database.
