Abstract
This research presents a comparative analysis of three original and qualitative studies that were carried out in 2018 and 2019, in the Mexican companies Taselotzin, Artemali and in EL PIRA Hermanos, located in the state of Puebla. In these investigations, the relationship between the variables was identified: social entrepreneurship and empowerment of rural women. In the present study, the documentary technique was used and the analysis categories of the previous research were compared: own business, decision making for the community, training, learning, culture and sustainability. It was concluded that the three enterprises are prone to training, which contributed to organizational learning and innovation, and in turn, to make the company more competitive. The three companies carry out actions of sustainability, Artemali and Taselotzin, oriented mainly to the care of nature. All have generated benefits to their community, Taselotzin opposing
to the construction of a mine and high voltage line in Cuetzalan, Artemali, participating in health campaigns, collecting in a moderate way its raw material and taking care of the forest from the depredation of its resources, in addition to giving courses of separation of waste to the Children and traditional herbalism. The PIRA brothers for their part, regulating the activity of pyrotechnics at the state level to avoid accidents that become fatal.
