Presentations are a participatory space between the speaker and the attendees to exchange ideas about the results of research, doctoral theses, master’s theses, final undergraduate works, and projects, among other ideas that are developed in the CONIA environment and that can be exposed in this space. According to their essence and motivation, the presentations are divided into the following categories:
- Masterclass: This presentation is given by a person with a high academic level and recognized trajectory in their area of specialization. The presentation must be oriented with the spirit and slogan of CONIA, having the following characteristics:
- Multidisciplinary, covering various areas of knowledge and demonstrating practical applications of the topic.
- Motivate viewers to immerse themselves in the idea being developed.
- Aimed at a predominantly undergraduate audience.
- Thematic: These presentations cover research results, graduation works, projects, and specialized ideas in the topics developed in CONIA. The characteristics are as follows:
- Specialized presentations and classified according to the topics of CONIA.
- Novelty that captures the attention of the audience.
- Mainly oriented towards students.
- Technical: These presentations are oriented towards the interactive space of the industry, companies, SMEs, startups, among other actors that are part of CONIA and propose a specialized theme that must have the following characteristics:
- Organized according to the topics of CONIA and at times agreed with the speaker.
- Develop the presentation in such a way that it can be assimilated in the practical and theoretical aspects.
- Targeted to the university community, proposing greater interactivity.
All presentations, according to their particularities, must comply with the following guidelines:
- Presentations should be limited to an exposure time of approximately 45 minutes for masterclass and technical presentations. Thematic presentations should last 20 to 30 minutes, leaving a space of 10 to 15 minutes for questions and answers in any case, always making the relevant recommendations according to the stipulated planning.
- A file in “.pptx” or “.pdf” format must be presented in advance.
- Each presentation will be assigned in a time slot that will be communicated in a timely manner by the Organizing Committee. Authors are suggested to verify the schedules and spaces where the presentations will be developed in advance.
