Congreso de Ingeniería y Arquitectura - CONIA

General information

The Congress of Engineering and Architecture (CONIA) promoted by the Universidad Centroamericana José Simeón Cañas (UCA), has been held for more than a decade with the purpose of promoting a valuable, dynamic and enriching space for the dissemination of outstanding research, conducted both inside and outside the university in the fields of engineering and architecture. Through the dissemination culture of the faculty, the congress is nourished by conferences, research results and doctoral theses, contributing to the professional and academic development of the participants, as well as strengthening the link between theory and practice in these fields.

The dynamics of the congress is that each year a new launch is carried out by a specific unit of the faculty of engineering and architecture of the UCA, which prints its seal, promoting the originality of the research work and promoting activities of coexistence and exchange between students who interact for two days with academic specialists and professionals in the field, creating networks that amplify the skills of the participants.
