The journals and serials of Universidad Centroamericana José Simeón Cañas adhere to the institutional regulations that regulate the values and ethical principles that guide the university's work, in its three fundamental functions: social projection, research and teaching. Its academics and external collaborators observe these ethical canons and subscribe to compliance with the UCA Code of Ethics. Likewise, the editors and collaborators of the journals and publications adhere to the principles of transparency and good practices emanating from the Ethics Committee for Publications (COPE), and undertake to comply with the fundamental requirements and practices deriving from such Committee.
